Mr. Green has practiced in courts all across Colorado. He began his legal career as a Deputy State Public Defender in the Colorado Springs office before transitioning into private practice, where he went on to manage the Colorado Springs branch of a large national family law firm. A fierce competitor and natural litigator, Mr. Green uses his knowledge of the law and courtroom prowess to achieve successful results for his clients.

Mr. Green is at home in the courtroom, having tried hundreds of cases in front of juries and judges throughout the state, but he is also a skilled negotiator who strives to achieve settlement when possible. He is a client-centered advocate who practices with empathy, taking the time to listen to and get to know his clients on a personal level in order to identify the right strategy for each case. He is dedicated to helping people navigate complicated and difficult situations, and finds great joy in helping to turn lemons into lemonade and create new beginnings.
