These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Andrew Green Law (“Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy available at https://andrewgreen-law.com. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are; Purpose of the Site

The Site provides marketing and general informational content about our law firm and services.
The Site does not allow account creation, purchases, or e-commerce transactions.

The information on the Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only and is not, and should not be construed as, legal advice for any particular matter.

The Site and all text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, designs, compilations, and other materials (collectively, “Content”) are owned by or licensed to the Firm and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Content for your personal, non-commercial, informational use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written permission.

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Andrew Green Law. This includes SMS messages for customer care, marketing. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We may use an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology to send SMS messages; your consent covers informational and marketing messages as described above.
Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier or device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to promptly update or notify us to prevent messages from being sent to the wrong person.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and Content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Firm, its attorneys, employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Firm and its attorneys, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use.
